This research is based on the learning result of physical education of sports and health, which is still low. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes of class III.A at Elementary School 028 Kubang Jaya, District Siak Hulu, Kampar District. This research uses classroom action research with two cycles using a graphic media approach. Based on the results of the research, before the action, the average student score was 46.80 (enough), with individual mastery of only 4 students and 18.18% classical completeness; in the first cycle, the average learning outcomes were 63.16 (enough), with individual completeness obtained by 14 students and 63.60% classical completeness; and in cycle II, the average value was 80.45 (good), and classical completeness was 22 students or 100%. Thus, the use of graphic media is successful and can improve learning outcomes of physical education, sports, and health for class III.A at Elementary School 028 Kubang Jaya, District Siak Hulu, Kampar District.
