PROMOTION MANAGEMENT FOR NEW STUDENT ADMISSION TO RIAU PROVINCE SPORTS STATE HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract


The focus of this research is to analyze promotion management at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. The study "Management of Promotion of New Student Admissions at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province" usesqualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with sources of research information and observations made in institutions and the surrounding environment regarding promotional activities carried out by SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. Sources of data in this study were the Principal, Public Relations, Committeeacceptance of new students, and Master. Analysis of the data using the Analysis Interactive model of Miles and Huberman.The results of this study are that the planning of promotion activities for the acceptance of new students at the Riau Province Sports High School has been carried out well. Riau Province Sports High School in planning promotional activities has planned special management for promotional activitiesacceptance of new students. The organization of promotion activities for the acceptance of new students at the Riau Province Sports State High School has been carried out well. Organizing activities carried out are activities for distributing tasks to all committees. The implementation of the promotion activities for the acceptance of new students at the Sports State High School has been carried out well. This can be seen from the implementation of promotions that have been carried out in all regencies/cities in Riau Province running well in accordance with planning and organizing. Supervision of the promotion of new student admissions at the Sports State High School has been carried out well. The principal together with the promotion committeeacceptance of new students have reviewed and classified the problems or obstacles encountered during the promotion
